it for you?
As we begin to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a growing demand for individuals with a more unusual or heterogeneous talent profile, such that they combine soft and hard skills. Adding to it, there is an amplified focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) for recruiters, with companies recognizing the importance and benefits of a diverse workforce. Further, throughout 2020 and now in 2021, employer branding, which plays a critical role in grabbing candidates’ attention, now tends to be characterized by empathetic and authentic story-telling, rather than boastings of flashy perks.
Keeping all this in mind, Indeed and People Matters have designed a two-day program to deep-dive into these two indispensable aspects which will change the very nature of hiring and recruitment for the new world of work.
Every organization is carved out of a basic thought or vision on which its identity rests. However, conveying that thought as is or even just listing out a timeline with all the achievements and the history is not enough to compel a stakeholder. The narrative needs to be punctuated with nuances of human behavior and by characters who are easy to relate to or those who can really drive motivation in an identifiable time-space.
In this key-note, Indranil Chakraborty, Founder, Storyworks helps us join these dots and discuss how companies can harness the power of storytelling to build a great employer brand and attract new talent.
In this panel discussion, industry experts; Radha Shriharsha, Director HR, Maersk GSC & Mohit Sethi, Executive Director - Human Resources, Diversity Talent Development & Engagement, India, Africa & ME at NielsenIQ will share their thoughts on how the pandemic has changed the focus of “Employer Branding” and how EVPs need to be updated to respond to the new normal. They also share their first-hand experience of building and reshaping their employer brands during the pandemic.

In this key-note, Industry expert talks about how belonging is different from Diversity and Inclusion, the advantages of a diverse workforce and how to create this sense of “belonging” at work.
