All About Reimagine Work Week

Around the world, employers are increasingly worried about the well-being issues presented by the escalating COVID-19 pandemic. While the crisis brings potentially lethal physical health consequences, its mental health implications – stress, fear, burnout, and uncertainty can be equally devastating. As leaders, our job is to improve the well-being stamina of our workforce as we navigate a course through this extraordinary global challenge.

According to a recent study conducted by Microsoft, The work trend index, it was found that the pandemic has increased burnout at work. In India, 41% of workers cite a lack of separation between work and personal life as negatively impacting their wellbeing.

People Matters and Microsoft brings to you Wellbeing Week that gives you a sneak peak into some of the leading organizations efforts into creating a safe space for employees in context to wellness and productivity. This campaign offers insights and experience from the exclusive conversations we had with a group of Indian CHROs who are leading the future of employee wellbeing.
